Latin Food is a business-to-business-to-business (B2B2B) digital infrastructure platform, not an e-commerce site. The Platform facilitates connections between producers, traders, and buyers through verified information, process automation, and smart matchmaking. Use of the Platform is limited to legal and commercial purposes in accordance with applicable trade and food safety regulations.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

5. User Conduct

Latin Food reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion for behavior that is unlawful, violates these terms, or undermines the collaborative environment of the Platform.

To the extent permitted by law, Latin Food, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform, including lost profits or data. All services are provided "as is".

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States (Delaware jurisdiction). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
