Latin Food is a business-to-business-to-business (B2B2B) digital infrastructure platform, not an e-commerce site. The Platform facilitates connections between producers, traders, and buyers through verified information, process automation, and smart matchmaking. Use of the Platform is limited to legal and commercial purposes in accordance with applicable trade and food safety regulations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States (Delaware jurisdiction). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
